As in recent years, St Andrew’s is participating in the Operation Christmas Child Shoebox Appeal organized by Samaritan’s Purse (an international Christian relief organization), whereby shoe boxes containing small gifts are sent to needy children around the world, regardless of their background or religious belief. These simple gifts bring great joy to children who have very little. Ready printed boxes & leaflets about the project are available in St Andrew’s. Please could the boxes be returned to St Andrew’s by Sunday November 7th. If you would like more information or if more boxes and leaflets are needed please contact Christine.
