It is with great regret that we read the following notice posted in the Tuck Shop this morning:

IN LOVING MEMORY OF PHIL KETT

It is with great sadness that I announce the passing of my dealy loved husband, Phil Kett, on 6th July.

Phil was devoted to Walberswick throughout his life. Born at No. 4 Church Lane, he lived in the village for most of his years and held it close to his heart.

A Memorial Service will be held at St Andrew's Church, Walberswick, on Wednesday, 30th July at 2.00pm. followed by the interment of his ashes in the churchyard.
