31st January PUBLIC NOTICE: Sizewell C - EDF Public meeting in Walberswick Village Hall, Monday Feb 4th, 19.30: Walberswick Parish Council has arranged for EDF to make a presentation at Walberswick, given that we will be strongly impacted by the decade long period of construction and the related traffic and disruption on the A12 and neighbouring villages as well as the impact of Sizewell C & D on an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. This is the chance for you to provide YOUR input, views and concerns before final EDF plans are drawn up. Individually, you can make submissions to the consultation but the Parish Council are also making a submission on behalf of the village, so your views expressed at the meeting will help shape the WPC submission. Please attend if you can and spread the word abut this meeting to your friends and neighbours.

20th March PUBLIC NOTICE: Due to the retirement of the existing post-holder, Walberswick Parish Council are seeking to hire a Part-time Clerk. We have previously split the role of Clerk & RFO and this vacancy is for that of Clerk, not RFO. The successful candidate will work together with the existing RFO. 24th March PUBLIC NOTICE: Walberswick Parish Meeting - This meeting is open to all electors in the village who may raise any matter pertaining to the village. All village organisations give a report of their activities. The meeting is chaired by the Parish Council chairman. The Meeting must be held between 1st March and 31st May each year.
