A gentle, grounding class to help you release the day and restore balance.

7:30 – 8:30 AM
Rise and Shine Flow
An energising start to your day, awakening the body with mindful movement and breath.

9:00 – 10:00 AM
Slow Flow
A slow-paced flow session, bringing awareness to wake up the body through breath and flowing movement.
